Donuts fair. Coffee horrible- probably the worst I?ve ever had. Staff somewhat abrupt and rude. Would not return.
I usually have a good experience at this location, but not today. I placed my order for 2 dozen assorted donuts and paid. When... asked if there was any kind of donuts that I did not want, the employee helping me was obviously irritated with me that I didnot want filled or cake donuts. She said..."You do not want filled OR cake donuts?! Next time, do not order assorted donuts,you need to order them a different way!" What in the world!!!! I have ordered assorted donuts before and was asked what kind Iwanted, and I was not chastised for not wanting certain kinds nor was I told that I ordered them wrong. If I had not alreadypaid this morning, I would have left and gone someplace else!!! Read more
They were out of the Big Earls with cheese and some of our favorite donuts by 9 am and the lady was not very nice. She mentioned... she was already supposed to be off to another worker. Read more
We just moved here from out of state, and I must say Texas as a whole has been an amazing experience after only a week. People... are so friendly, and the staff that helped us this morning was superb! We stopped in for my daughters 8th birthday and the womanwas so friendly and sweet and took the time to chat with us while patiently helping us make decisions as this was our first timehere. We inhaled our donus and we most definitely will be returning for more deliciously fresh Shipleys Do-nuts!! Read more
Staff is very helpful. In drive through, I aske them to give me a half dozen donuts my kids would love. The staff did a great... job picking them out for me and I was welcomed home as a hero! Read more
Good donuts and other pastries but the drive thru window lacks in friendliness. No thank you, was more than annoyed when placing... my order. I know they're up early but a smile and a thank you wouldn't hurt. Read more
This is the best place I have ever gotten food at! Friendly cashiers and great tasting donuts. The hot glazed are the best in... town and the sausage cheese kolaches are to die for. Owner's pretty handsome as well. I will definitely be returning. Read more
UPDATE #2: I love their hot glazed that if you go early enough are still fresh out of the production line? and man, they are... like angelic crack rings you need to place immediately on the ring finger of your heart so you can marry that fresh, hot, justslightly crispy edge, glazed that still dripping with your stomach?s heart for an explosion of taste and so much goodness. Yes,even when inflation makes these beauties $1.10/piece, they are worth it when they are hot? not warm? not warming? but hot sothat you start to devour them as you drive off realizing you may have to hide the evidence. And the folks there are now justfriendly and nice. I?m sure I?ll be bumping this review up to 5 stars again. They are moving in the right direction forsure!! Update: When the owner calls you because he's genuinely cares about people's experiences and because I've had goodexperiences in the past, I will re-evaluate them. I will immediately remove the 1-star rating and be neutral till I get to go inagain. I'm hoping I get to put 5 stars back and not 1. I have loved their staff for the past 3 1/2 years, so I'm hopeful I justwent in and experienced the perfect storm of bad customer service.... because they're hot donuts are like rings of goodness thatshould be illegal to buy. LOL. _______________________________ What happened? They moved, and then they lost all their customerservice and the people that used to be able to help you quickly. I walked in and the person in the drive-through hadn't evenmoved while two people in front of me walked out after not being served.
