The franchise owner lowered employee wages and added a "tip" option to transactions to make it ok. Customers are expected to... give a tip BEFORE receiving any service, even if their order is wrong. This is not tipping, it is dishonest. And the managersdon't care because they are salaried and are not affected. Stop using your customers as a scapegoat for your thievery! Pay youremployees!
