Wow this place is so good The Brisket was Tender with killer flavor the Hot Link was Dynamite butt them Ribs was money all day... long Chicken was smoked perfectly I am so glad I tried this place out but the Best ingredient was the Love these folks put ontothe food I will definitely be back for more. Nice clean place with super good bbq. Got the one meat plate with brisket, chili beans, and Mac and cheese. The brisket was... tender and had a nice smoky flavor. The chili beans were very good with ground pepper. The Mac and cheese had bits of meatgiving it a good flavor. Portions were serious! Hands down, some of the best BBQ I?ve eaten in a long time. I ordered the 3 meat plate and I almost couldn?t finish it because... of the portion size. (I?m in no way complaining) the brisket had a good smoke ring, the rub was on point, and the tenderness wasperfect. The ribs? my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Perfect pull and seasoning. The only thing left of them werethe bones. The link sausage was very good. The casing had the snap that everyone loves. The grind was perfect, as well as theseasoning. The potato salad and chili beans were great as well. The owners, a husband and wife team, were extremely kind andwelcoming. It was like they were inviting me into their home.
