twenty-five minutes to get my food... at a buffet. line wrapped around but filmed an entire 5 minute video where no one was... checked out. employees yawning... and then to find out that half of my order was missing. worst deadbeat staff i've everencountered. used to eat here 2 days a week when in the office... now going back to the office and will not be going again. Staff can?t keep up. They?re either making the line wait while they do 40 online orders, or making the online orders wait while... they serve the line. I had an online order and gave them my name. It took 1hr and 30 mins before I left. Need a better method,more staff, better organization, and probably another location at some point. Read more

Total waste of time & money. Got my food to go and when I got home literally all my chicken was cold and tasted like it had been... sitting out for over an hour under that heat lamp. I thought that was the worst part but somehow the rice was even worse. Itfelt felt likeeating cereal with no milk. It was so old and had been sitting out so long that it literally crunched. Just forfun I threw a piece at my door and I could literally hear the smack as it hit. Rice isn?t supposed to do that or be that hard.Just when we thought it couldn?t possibly get any worse we dipped into the ragoons and egg rolls only to find that both of themwere old and stale. Ragoons literally tasted like they had been kept chilled in a fridge all day. I couldn?t even get a drink towash down the nastiness because the soda fountain was broken ???? the chow mein that my girlfriend got in her bowl was the onlything out of the entire meal worth eating. 38 dollars completely down the drain. About six to eight months or so, I had a three entré order that was missing one entré (Beijing beef.) I didn't find out until... I got home and was not going to drive back 20 mins to get it so I called them but no answer. I later called their customerservice who e-mailed me a voucher/coupon for a free entré. Now, this is where it went south for me. I went back some time thatweek and ordered a three entré plate (like always) and an additional entré so I could redeem that coupon I got in my e-mail. Iwas then told by the cashier that "No Free Food." I explained everything and showed her the coupon in my email but she refuse toaccept it or even look at it. My husband at this point got irate and explained the situation once again and even pointed outthat the coupon even states "No purchase necessary." She didn't even bother to scan the coupon but finally took it off the liston the register just to shoo us off. What a total tool. Never went back here again. Read more

Whoever was running the cash register took charge during a very busy and difficult evening. They had the line wrapped around... the store plus 10-15 online order pick ups arrive. I was the first of about 10 people to show up for my online order and thelast of those to leave. They are just a very busy location, but the food is so good. The lady at the register started takingcharge on the online orders and rushed to get people their food and out the door while checking out the walk in customers. Shedid great under the stress she was in. They definitely need more people working in the 6-8pm hours. Read more

Very unprofessional, hours of operation for Thursday show as 10:30 am. The food was not ready at that time and upon asking what... the time estimate would be for me to be able to order the female staff member couldn't tell me . I waited at a table that wasdirty I'm assuming from the previous day and the glass doors on the inside and outside had smudges on them .I ended up leavingat 11:40 because I had to get back to work. No one apologized or cared that I left without ordering. Never going back! Read more

False advertising at every turn. Try our new crispy almond chicken! Ok!..."sorry we don't have that yet." Kids meal comes... with a cookie and drink.
