My husband and I asked for two ice cream cones and they didn?t even do them right. We also waited 10 minutes for them to ask us... if we wanted anything. We had to say hello to have them talk and ask us what we wanted. Read more
Hours show 5 am to 11 pm. Lights were on. Arrived at drive through at 5:35 a.m. No one took my order. Drove to window #1. Young... man working, saw me, never attempted to help me, waited 3 min then went to window #2. What looked to be manager, walking backand forth with phone cradling her ear, saw me, never attempted to help or acknowledge me. Totally unacceptable for a nationalchain restaurant. Waited 45 minutes in drive through line for them to completely stop the line when I got to the order box, change then menus to... lunch, & then hold another 10 minutes while they clear out the breakfast line. Even after spending all that time in line, I justdrove off from the box, after waiting 10 minutes & still had not given my order. Plus I knew I?d be even angrier when they toldme I couldn?t get what I wanted because it was now time to serve lunch. Completely ridiculous that you have to apparently get inline an hour and a half before you actually want to eat. Read more
If you go in the employment staff will not help you but will look at you. You have to ask them for help. Also, lady order coffee... and was told no coffee as their co2 was out. Another guy ordered a coke and was handed a coke can in a cup. The service here isbad. I understand being short handed but that does not mean be rude to your customers. What stood out here is the professionalism of the staff, particularly the two named Brandon and Rowena. They have an impeccable... presence and make this fast food place not seem so impersonal. It's immaculate inside. For a McDonald's, this was not bad. I gota fresh egg and cheese on a perfect English muffin. They should offer more vegetarian options because I had to pay the sameprice for this as a sandwich with meat. Read more
This location is so hit or miss with timeliness. The lines are usually so long waiting for the drive thru, but tonight takes the... cake. I was in line, waiting to order. The line seemed to be moving fine, but then suddenly, or all stopped moving forward. Mybrother called so I was distracted with a phone call, so I didn't realize the passage of time. When I finally got to order, thelady I spoke with said "sorry for the wait. What can I get you?" I told her my order, then she burst out laughing (clearlyjoking around with co-workers), apologized for the wait and told me what I owed. I drove around the corner to pay... Only to seethat the line of cars that were before me hadn't been served yet either, and the line to pay hadn't budged an inch. I waited 5more minutes, then realized I had been waiting for over 30 already. When its got good employees in its fine, but when its bad -its really bad. Maybe head over to another fast food place for faster service. Skip this one. Read more
