Sat in drive thru for 10 min at order kiosk with no other car infront of me. After i pulled up, with no car behind me, was... asked to pull forward where i waited another 10min for my order. Meanwhile 4 other cars left because of the wait. Thisrestaurant is getting worse every year. Read more
Extremely dirty, they were out of Mac n cheese, the extra crispy chicken wasn't cooked correctly. We also were forgotten and... sat in lobby waiting for them to call us until we went up and reminded them. Hopefully they were just having an off night. Read more

Worst customer service I've ever received.. whoever the woman was working the drive thru at noon on 11/20, should be fired!!... Gotta walk on egg shells these days and just take what you get, even if it's the wrong order!! Congrats KFC for your choice inemployee Read more
