The young African American lady behind the counter putting the Sandwiches together was terribly angry and rude about doing her... job! She rolled the sandwiches really tight in the sacks and twisted the ends of the sacks really hard. Is that necessary? Read more

I went to the Hewitt drive location around 7:15 on a Saturday (today) and was sorely disappointed with the service there. When I... walked in, there were not any other customers in the restaurant. I saw one guy sitting in the back on a counter looking at hisphone. I approached the counter and waited for someone to take my order. That guy I first saw walked out and got as far as theircooler, but in plain sight of me, and started looking at the bottom of the cooler or the floor. Then two more people came outfrom the back. At this point, nobody acknowledged my presence. The first guy said to another guy that something needed to beshaken out. To which that guy exclaimed, "Holy shiiiiit!". There was also a lady and she was putting on her gloves, but alsolooking at the cooler. They all kept looking at the cooler and ignoring me and, after about 30-45 seconds, I decided to leave. Still, nobody acknowledged me, so I left. Then, on my way home, I thought I would call the manager on duty to let him/her knowwhat happened. And, to my amazement, the phone rang 15-20 times and a recording came on saying that the memory is full. Hopefully the franchise owner will read this and address the issue. Incredible slow lately. ???? I love them giving me expired coupons to make up for me waiting 30 minutes for an order that was... pre-ordered 30 minutes in advanced. Looking at the guy on his cell phone for 5 minutes with my order already made beside himthe next order from the store, sealed the deal for me. At least the food was OK. Read more
***Update*** Fast fresh and great subs. But to have four people working that are huddles and talking in back because it's dead... and you have to ask twice for them to swap out the carbonation since all the drinks are flat and they don't do it. Just point tothe fridge and say you can get a bottled drink...yeah they were all room temp warm. This location is on a major decline. Read more
