They have the best sandwich in town by far and a fast friendly staff. The bread is soft and easy to eat, they slice the meat... right in front of you when you order, and the bacon is always crispy, crispy goodness. Phenomenal service. Best jersey mikes I have been to, and I?ve been to several all over texas. Me and my 1 year old son were on... a road trip we make frequently and we?re passing through Waco. We stopped at jersey mikes because we love it and do not have onein our hometown. Katherine took our order, made our sandwiches. Asked how old my son was, and told me she had one around thesame age. This was my first time ordering my son his own sandwich (normally he just eats off of mine). I asked Katherine whatshe thought was best for him. She suggested we heat his sandwich since it makes it a little softer; and helps them smell it,making them more interested in eating it. He ate the WHOLE THING! She even made half of my sandwich for here, and half Togo. Forthe Togo half, she suggested we do all the mikes way toppings on the side, so it didn?t get soggy on the rest of our trip. Ialso asked which dessert she liked. She recommended the chocolate chip cookie and oh my goodness it was so good. Katherine sawmy dog was waiting in my car (with the AC on) and even gave us a little bit of roast beef for my dog. This was the bestexperience I have ever had not only at a jersey mikes but probably out of most restaurants I?ve been to. Not only was the foodamazing and the best. But the staff was helpful, kind, generous and inviting! I know that I will be stopping at this locationanytime I am driving through Waco from now on. Just like Katherine, the rest of the staff was very kind, helpful, and stayingbusy keeping everything clean and nice while no customers were coming in. I wanted to specifically recognize Katherine for hergenerosity and friendliness. But also the restaurant was extremely clean, and a happy environment. Think was my last visit to this location, service was fine, prices as to be expected, flavor of the food, not great
I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Staff is always curtious and friendly. And the subs are perfect. I grew up in... NJ and never thought I would find a sandwich shop down here that made them like they do up north. Price wise it's a little onthe high side but given the way the economy is the prices weren't terrible. And for the quality of the food it's worth everypenny. My family and I will continue to eat here. Read more
Let me begin by saying that I have traveled to about 2/3 of the US and have actively sought out the "best cheesesteak" and it's... really crazy to think that a chain restaurant can contend with places that have developed reputations and have established theirfollowings but Jersey Mike's has done just that. Between Jersey mikes and sic em delivery we have had the worst experience. Raw roast beef and no where on delivery.coms jersey... mikes menu does it say that you guys serve this rare or raw or whatever. We wont eat here again. Read more
