Sat at the drive through speaker for about 10min after being told "hold on" placed my order & questioned by the employee like... asking for grilled chicken instead of crispy was going to be a huge imposition, got to the window, paid, then was told "park outthere *pointing to front of restaurant* and we will bring it out" so 15min later my food was shoved into my hands and the lovelyemployee who brought it to us said nothing and walked off.....had she stayed there for just a sec longer I would have told herwe weren't given any straws.....went to a gas station for straws instead. Fast friendly service. All areas clean. Updated and modern appearance. Lots of available seating. Pleasant experience. Parking... lot was a little tricky to get into and the drive thru had quite a few cars waiting to order but there were plenty of places topark. Read more
They were a little bit libationally challenged at three inside drink machine, but all of the servers agreeably filled our cups... multiple times. We would certainly consider eating there again. Read more
Waited almost 30-45 minutes for my food! Horrible service! I had to wait and wait. I ordered the guy kept cutting me off each... time I ordered. I got to the window to pay and then told to pull to the front cause they needed to make my tacos! Still waitingas I Type this! Read more
Absolute WORST service I have ever gotten. I love jack in the box but this may have done it for me atleast at this location. And... my tacos are so hard they have to have been sitting all day. I absolutely WILL NOT return to this location. And I adviseeverybody else not to either . This location has absolute HORRIBLE service. Employees were extremely rude . Read more
We waited at the drive through window for about 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to us. Then she told us she'd be with... us shortly. Another 5 minutes. We had trouble understanding her and she obviously had trouble understanding my husband becauseshe asked him to repeat Everthing. This is the first time I have had something like this happen to me, I order food, they were out of normal taco but had minis I... was completely fine with that, but my burger had mold on it. I had no clue it had mold until after I bit into it. I felt sodisgusted by this, not eating jack in the box for a long while now. Read more
They will screw you over on fries every single time. Only Jack in the box that refuses to serve the Buttery Jack on its proper... bun. Consistent disappointment. Keep driving and take your business to the one down the road by Target. Read more
