Every place in town is trying to recreate what Nathan has done at In The Woods with his BBQ. The meats are fantastic and the... sides are worthy of a meal in themselves. The presentation is on point and Nathan will take good care of you. My husband and Ienjoyed a great conversation with Nathan and his daughter as well. A wonderful experience. I\'ve been eating barbecue since I was just a bluebonnet baby.\nWhen I tell you this is -... without contest - the absolute BEST barbecue I have ever had in my life, please know it\'s no exaggeration.\nThis is worth thedrive, it\'s worth eating outside or in your car (our kids were asleep, so we ate in the car), it\'s phenomenal food. I have been here a couple times and I must say the brisket is some of the best I had around Waco very tender and delicious.
As a young man who works numerous hours of over time I can say out of honesty this place provides food and service that very... few can experience. The quality and food speaks for itself and in my amateur opinion when It comes to BBQ I can say withconfidence this is the best BBQ in Waco.
