How about no service, we had to holler for someone to come out from the back not once but twice. We let them know there wasn't... any ice in the dispenser and they didn't even refill it by the time we left so when we tried to get refills we had to holler forsomeone again. Read more

This was the worst experience I've had in over 6 years. Place was like a desert, nobody around. Food came out in less than 8... minutes time to actually cook the chicken. Which crust on chicken horrible family sides were cold. Lady working was moreconcerned with her phone then anything. Didn't have napkins, salt/pepper , plates to eat on or lids for food containers. I wasgiven 32oz fountain cup lids which came right off. When asked for plates so we could eat there we were given cardboard box touse. Let me not get started on the restrooms. Read more
I most frequently visit the Hewitt Drive location. I decided to eat inside during my visit. The lobby was clean and the... employees were kind but the lobby was miserably hot. I was sweating while waiting for the food to come out. It really made mefeel bad for the employees. Read more
The lady that gave me my food was very polite but the lady who took my order was not a pleasure. Maybe she was having a bad day... but either way politeness is key to good customer service. I hope her day gets better.. Read more
This place just opened & it is well put together! From the decor to the tables & chairs. The rest rooms are very nice & clean.... The staff can be a bit loud but ready to help. Came in with my mother in law to eat fish. But decided to take it to go. I do notknow about the chicken but the fish is deliciously made. I would of gave them a 5 ???? but the portions are small. Not sureabout the chicken meals but the fish meals are definitely small. Read more
Would give more stars but can't. After placing my order for the 16 piece. The cashier went to the back, after a few seconds... reappeared and told me that the tenders looked a little "skimpy". Politely asked me if I can wait a little while, they'll cooksome fresh ones for me. Didn't disappoint! Great service and friendly staff! Read more
