In the middle of a 4 hour road trip. Ordered our meal at 9:30pm. 4th car in line. Got to the window at 10. Got food at 10:10.... Fries were cold; asked for hot fries. Then, given a concrete instead of the 2 milkshakes we ordered. Decided we should check theburgers and they were the wrong burgers. Asked for the right burgers. After giving us our shakes, a manager came to the windowand said "we already turned everything off, do you still want your food?" We said, "yes." They asked us to pull around thebuilding and wait. 10 minutes later, they brought us a bag. The manager said, "sorry about the inconvenience but here are 2cards for free meals next time you come." We looked in the bag... burgers, but no fries. I rolled down the window and calledthe man back. He said, "Yeah, we turned the fryer off 15 minutes ago and it takes too long to heat the oil. That's why I gaveyou the cards." The burgers were great, but there were so many ways this could have been handled better. Read more

We stopped in for dessert after the Baylor volleyball match. The sundaes we had were well made and very good. The only downer... was that the employees didn't seem to enjoy working there, with two of them having an argument in the kitchen, with the younglady yelling at the gentleman, "You're a liar!". Management probably needs to step up and keep an eye out for these types ofissues. Read more

These bathrooms need some serious love everytime we drive through town and stop to grab some burgers hence minus one star. The... people though and the quality of food are as consistently good as the bathrooms are bad. I'll take that match up than the otherway around any day haha! Peanut butter cookie dough concrete. First time having Freddy's in Texas. We have Freddy's in California. It was one of our family favorites. It was nice seeing one... out here. So we had to try it. It's good as always ! I had a single patty Burger ???? ???? and ???? fries. This Freddy's was nodisappointment. Something about Texas meat and food is so much better then California. Anyhow, food was great and highlyrecommended this place. If you happen to be around here try it out! You won't be disappointed! Read more

This was my very first visit to Freddy's. Ive always wanted to go there but just never did. So I finally got a chance to visit... and get some dinner for the family. I wish I would have kept going. Not one person in this place was friendly or had any light.They were all dead and just going through the motions. From the cashier to the guy who gave me my order. So I said to myselfmaybe the food will be awesome!!! NOPE! It was not good, over cooked, fries were terrible and not fresh or mixed in with oldfries. Now the drink. I asked for tops for my drinks and the girl at the counter said they didn't have tops. Not sure why shedidn't tell me this when she gave me the cups? I could have decided to go with another size. Im thinking to myself, why serve asize cup that you don't have tops for? And no! Not everyone is dinning in. How ridiculous this looks? I had to hold the cups tokeep them from spilling. Thank God I did have to slam on brakes or I would have really been in trouble. Im extremelydisappointed at this first visit. Im positive I will never go back. Read more
