Just wondering why I can't get a bagel with cream cheese already on it. Can't exactly spread cream cheese in my car without... making an absolute mess. Not to mention I was not given a knife this morning. Never had this issue before with Dunkin. Read more

This place was just about the worst DD experience I have had...no one had a clue. Ordered large cold brew with sweet foam and a... coffee cake muffin. Less part of the bad experience was the muffin was overcooked and dry. Next, the associate at the drivethrough handed me my coffee without the cold sweet foam. I asked where is the cold sweet foam and they looked at me like I wasspeaking a foreign language. I said there needs to be cold sweet foam and she closes the window slowly and definitely confused.She comes back a few minutes later with whip cream on the coffee and I said this was not cold foam and she argued. I ask tospeak who is running the store and explained they situation. The team lead, manager or who ever came to the window, continued toargue with me that the whip cream they lazily put on to of the coffee was the cold foam...horrible management and control ofyour employees. But people like this demand higher wages with poor customer service or ability to complete a simple task. Read more

Horrible experience. 2 people in the whole store. Both have only been there for a few weeks with no training. They were... basically just thrown in the water and told sink or swim. One associate was wearing a crop top, which is VERY unprofessional. Wewon't be going back. I blame the leaders of the company for not having better training or expectations. I'll drive to Hillsborofor ice cream from Braums. Read more

Similar to what other reviewers have said, I've given this location multiple attempts with the hope it would improve. It's seems... like they're consistently out of items. The bigger issue is the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. EverytimeI've been here the employee are too busy talking (at times inappropriately) to each other to realize we're waiting to be served.Daylight donuts across the way has a better selection and extremely good customer service. The employees act like they're theowners at Daylight Donuts, which they likely are. This Dunkin needs ownership intervention and likely more daily involvement toimprove as over the last couple years in my experience they have not. In this tight economy, customer service quality drives myconsumer decisions. Read more

Dunkin is a solid choice for a lazy Saturday morning treat. I asked for dark roast; they brewed me a fresh pot while I waited.... They had a cornbread donut - something I have wanted to try since reading about it in a Spenser novel years ago. It did notdisappoint - a nutty, corn crunch with a delicious sweet glaze, reminiscent of a very sweet hot water cornbread I had. In short:it's Dunkin. What's not to like? Read more

Went in and ordered a cake there Sunday, picked it up on Tuesday. The lady I ordered from must REALLY hate her job. She was just... not into it. The place was empty, we were the only people there and still she looked as if I was bothering her soo much. I wishI would have caught her name. Great ice coffee BUT we ordered food as well. They made us wait over 10 minutes. Didn?t have it ready. Then took forever to get... a refund as their staff was goofing off, eating, etc. super unprofessional. Oh and I walk in to see a sign that shows why it?sever rated a 5 star Because they bribe you ???? It?s been over 40 minutes now just to get my refund because they didn?t havethe food I ordered. The ?general manager? jay came to the front. She did not even greet me until I asked if she was themanager. Refused to give a refund. Refused to give me anything and said she?d call on Monday to figure it out. Extremely rudeunprofessional and did not treat or value me as a customer. Only two girls were working up front until I came in the store andafter trying to reason with the manager all of sudden there were five employees ?working?. Customers turned away behind mebecause they weren?t being assisted. Read more
