Nothing like ordering online, waiting over 20 minutes for your drink. And then to be told they were out of the products. And... when you ask if you can get a refund, he would get to it later. We shall see if it happens. Why order online for products theydon?t even have in stock. This has happened more than once now. I wonder if I will be going back. Today was my first time trying them, I was so excited because I had heard lots of good things about them, but it was by far the... worst experience ever! Horrible Horrible customer service, didn?t get everything I paid for like my pumpkin spice latte anddonut holes, literally argued w the lady at the window about what I order even after she read it herself! I highly recommend youguys stick to Starbucks! It?s cheaper for a reason!!!!! Quality over quantity people. And to the lady at the window who hatesher job, GET A DIFFERENT ONE OR JUST DO YOUR JIB. We were welcomed by people from the staff and the people behind the counter were very friendly. They couldn't scan the Dunkin... app. They could only to it at the drive, which is strange. If you love crickets, this is the place to be! You can find themdead outside and some even walk inside. Maybe tasty on a cream cheese bagel, idk? Read more

I stopped coming here a while back because the quality and service went downhill. The team at the time couldn't seem to ever get... an order right. Everything has most definitely improved over the months since my last visit! Quick, accurate service & friendlyemployees. Great job! Read more

The service was good but I waited a bit... more than five minutes for someone to come to the drive thru. But my order was fresh... and hot. I got a wake up wrap (sausage) with a butter pecan iced coffee, extra butter pecan. Yummy! Read more

This is the closest location to my office so i stop here about once a week hoping the experience will be better, but this... location needs help. The manager of this store is not driving a healthy or positive customer service environment and it showsthrough the interactions she (in assuming 'she' because it's always the same agitated voice I hear) and her employees give. I'ma manager myself so I know how important it is to provide the right type of service. Today I had to verbally say wow because ofthe condescending tone that was used when i asked if I could have "everything" on my avocado toast. Next time I will ask for theDistrict Managers number and follow up that way. Read more

I was so excited when this Dunkin came to Waco. However over the years it has gotten worse and worse and worse. As a small... business owner here in town it is sad how bad this establishment has gotten. Today was my last time going to Dunkin. Afterwaiting in the drive through at the window for seven minutes I was asked to pull forward yet again and wait for my food. My sonand I waited 16 more minutes before i got out and went inside to check on my food. I ended up having to wait another fiveminutes only to get this. Awful. Dunkin you just lost another family of SIX who will go somewhere else. Read more

Sweet Tea's price went up too $1.98 #4 @ $7.92 Bottle of Coke $1.99 #2 orders of Minis Bagels put in same bag $4.98 The girl... at the window (Sean 99) said all the prices went up ???? (yesterday) My receipt wasn't offered to me. So, I asked for myreceipt. It was all ball together with other receipts. She handed to me. I said Thank you, Have a Good day.
