I ordered my food online, was told it would be about 30-45 minutes. After an hour and a half they had just finished prepping it... and told me it would STILL be another 35-40 minutes! I asked the manager for an email, text, letter something showing a refund.She said that she couldn't do that. She could print the void out and have me pick it up. I spent 70 dollars and she didn't careif I had proof of void. She did not care at all. I spoke with the manager and she had no real customer service. Was told that itwas the driver's fault and that he was late and about his employment history which I did not want. Poor timing, poor customerservice. Read more
Ordered pizza at 3:53. Says it came out of oven at 4:20. We called at 5 asking for a status, will be another 20 minutes before... delivered. That will be a very cold pizza. Read more
Crust was completely burnt and spinach was falling apart from being so over cooked. We called and they refused to correct their... actions, saying that their pizza is always the same.. There was also no sauce and barely any cheese. The manager was absolutelyunbothered by our concerns and continuously told us ?that?s how the pizzas always are.? Never once apologized or cared to fixtheir mistake (or even admit that they may have made a mistake.) she told us that next time we need to ask for our pizza to bepulled out of the oven early if we don?t like it fully cooked. Absolutely awful customer service and careless employees.Disappointing. Read more
They don?t use gloves or wear hairnets I watched the girl touch everything accept some soap and water or gloves. They didn?t... even make my pizza but Marked it as a pick up I will never in my living life or dead life come here ever Read more
We were having a large party Saturday night and ordered about 14 thin crust pizzas pretty late. The crew working that night did... a great job getting them put together and they tasted great. We will do that again. Love the thin crust! Read more
Everytime I order from domino's my order is always late and that causes my food to arrive cold and last time the didn't bring my... dipping sauce and they brought the wrong flavor of soda. My pasta didn't have enough sauce it was very very dry. I was verydisappointed. The only reason I'm ordering from there again is because I have a free pizza which ended up costing me $15anyways.
