I usually like Denny's and enjoy eating there. The food is always great but the last few times, the service has been terrible at... best. It shouldn't take nearly an hour to get your food at a diner, especially when it isn't busy and you have plenty of staff.And speaking of staff, the hostess and waitress we had were rude and inattentive. And then to top it off, we tried to voicingour concerns to the manager and he waived it off and acted like he didn't care. Very unprofessional attitude and very poorlymanaged for a manager. I can't imagine how he became a manager there. Won't be returning until the staff and service hasimproved. Read more
Food was pretty good overall, the service was just barely passable. I do believe they were short staffed and I do take that into... account, the server we had while busy was never engaged. Would just "mosey" to & from, I assure you it was notable since myteens both commented. We had to request everything from utensils, refills, condiments to the check. Food was delicious. I just love love love the cinnamon roll pancakes, everything came out piping hot fresh & crispy. This... specific Denny's could use a bit of spring cleaning and sanitation. Didn?t catch the waiters name but he was a friendly and hard working individual. Food was made quickly, unlike some locations... that take 45 minutes to make 2 eggs. Cashier was also friendly and polite. Overall one of the good Denny?s if you want to stopby for a quick snack. One thing though, they should get rid of the abused cups. Always a nice experience at this Denny's. Today I enjoy a nice dish for dinner. Sorry, don't remember the name of the dish, but... I am leaving a photo for reference. The restaurant was in very good shape. My waitress was very courteous and always helpful. When the time was ready for my refill, she was there to assist me. The place was very clean and in order. I am also attachingphoto of the inside. I hope everyone gets to enjoy a moment like the one I had. Food was amazing. Every single piece of thatdish was perfect. The sweet and sour along with the multiple vegetables and the well cook chicken breast made of this dish adelicious dinner to remember. Good job management and amazing job waitress. Laziest cooked food ever! Loved this place a year ago, now we will not return. Everything was over cooked. Paid an extra dollar... for gravy and it's not enough to cover the burned and doughy biscuit. Hashbrowns were overcooked, so much so that there wasalmost no potato left! Sausage gravy was not ground sausage but links chopped into it! Which is the laziest way to cook andserve it. Bacon was both burnt and soggy. Pancakes were pretty on top but burnt on bottom and the syrup was served cold insideof an oil carafe which does not easily pour and is messier than a syrup dispenser. Waitress was helpful but very slow eventhough she only had 2 or 3 tables. Overpriced for the food that was served and left hungry. The tea and coffee were decent.Definitely a pit stop restaurant not a family style eatery. Almost 50 bucks for 2 people, left hungry, and unsatisfied. Read more
