The way I've seen them treat their workers is absolutely terrible. If you're a cook at Chipotle, find something better please.
I will never use the online app again. Ordered from it twice and got two cold tiny little skinny burritos versus going there in... person and getting a full fresh burrito. The online application is a scam flat out no way friends or butts rip off artists. Ifilled out the online order in the parking lot in front of Chipotle because I was supposed to be eating some deal with freechips and a side which I did not get the free chips or the side nor did I get a fresh burrito it was already sitting in a bagwaiting for me cold stiff tiny little tube in a sad sack....... I have never been to a Chipotle so I wanted to try it. I ordered the Pollo Asado. It was very good. Plenty of food as I could... not finish my bowl. I would definitely go there again given the opportunity. Read more
Very good, they made our food just like we asked. Would have been a 5 if the employees would have been in a better mood. We... thanked a few of the employees for helping us, with zero response. Ordered in person less then 10 minutes ago. not only did the throw it together and paid little to no attention to what I was... asking for there is a sticker from produce in my meal. It?s apparent that they really do not care. I am grossed out and don?teven want my food. It?s also the most BLAND chipotle I have ever gotten. The rice had no seasoning or cilantro in it. tasteless. We ordered food here more than an hour ago for take out. They still made us wait for over 10 minutes. No masks by employees as... well as you can see on the picture. Isn?t health safety a priority? Read more
The food was extremely fresh, and delicious. All of the meat was hot like it just came off the grill. The staff was friendly and... courteous and gave generous portions of meat. The facilities were clean. The inside does seem quite a bit smaller inside thanmost. Not good for a huge group. Read more
Place was a absolute wreck. I went on 11/20/22 @ roughly 7:30. I asked for brown rice I got white. There was no regular steak so... I got the garlic steak. The steak was so cooked it wasn't edible. They were also playing music that was so loud that the guytaking my order couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear him. The worker tried to ask them to turn the music down, but obvouislythey couldn't hear him because of how loud the music is. I went to the register and the other worker did not know how to do therewards and or work the register for the matter. Take the drive to the other location on Valley Mills. Read more
