After a disappointing couple of years at this Chilli's the last few times I've been have been superb. The corn on the cob and... baby back ribs are as good as they have ever been. I will now be a regular again. Waiter's are still busy as they are shortstaffed but they are polite and helpful even though you know deep down the are stressed. Give them a smile and thank them fortheir hard work, it goes a long way. Read more

Disappointed this time! I was wondering why chili's it's not getting so much business as the doing before, and now I know, the... food was cold when gets to the table, we ordered medium red and the meat was dry and over cooked service a couple tables andstuff to slow!! So Read more
Really enjoyed the quesadillas and the chips and salsa. Restrooms were very clean. Staff was also friendly.
if i could give ZERO stars i would. But since the waiter was nice that goes to her. Our food came out COLD, burger was... RAW/uncooked . i will never be eating here. better off cooking at home . Read more
Okay, it all started when we get seated without menus and when our server comes we were getting up to go grab the barcode off... the table next to us so we could scan it and get the menu. He said no I will get you one.. Then he comes back with 1 plasticmenu. My wife asked if we could get another one and he throws an attitude.(why didn't he just let us scan the QR code?) That wasthe menu my wife asked for to begin. So when we go to chilli's I always get a chilli. This time it didn't taste very good so Iasked if I could exchange it for the enchilada soup, the waiter said no because I have eaten this one, um I only sturred thechips and cheese that was on top and took a small bite. He said you can talk to my manager if you want, I said yes please. (henever got the manager) the waiter never filled up our drinks didn't bring ranch or napkins like we asked with our order, andwhen we asked again he brought 1 ranch and sat it in the middle of the table and said there. (4 of us) the kids got beerbattered chicken instead of crispy chicken strips. I got the sliders and my meat was pink. We came at lunch time and service was slow but we expected that for the lunch rush! I got the quesadilla explosion salad that... came with a small order of cheese quesadillas. The salad was amazing but the quesadillas were burnt. I let the waitress know andthey were very nice about it and got me a fresh order out right away. My mom got the grilled shrimp/chicken ceaser salad and itwas phenomenal! There are a few waitresses in training and they were great and very helpful. When did Chili's last night to order off of their ghost kitchen menu "it's just wings" cashier told us we couldn't order, just... online, so we walked over to the bar and they handed my boyfriend a menu and said we could order off the "it's just wings menu". The two guys at the bar were amazing! Just like any restaurant you have your bad and good days with food and service. I'vegotten 'okay" food and "this is freaking amazing" food. Hit or miss! ????????
