I love going to Cafe Cappuccino. I love getting to see Kathy who always takes great care of us. The coffee and breakfast food... are good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Nice interior but food wasn't good. Not worth the wait for the food. Pancakes were undercooked and flour-y. The other dishes at... the table were bland. We waited outside for an hour and inside for one and a half before getting food with mutliple mistakes inthe order. Rarely saw any staff and had to go up to front counter with our long-empty mugs to get more drinks. We did getmistakes taken off the check. Still not worth the near 3 hours spent there. We were a table of 6. It was a weekend morning. Wehad heard such good things about this place and we really wanted to like it. 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt. Read more
There are 2 locations. This is for Richland Drive location. We will never grace their door again! If you ask for a second plate... to split a meal, they will only give you a small saucer, saying they charge almost $2. Never encountered that in my life. Whilesome things on the menu are good , they are not as great as some competitors. Overpriced also for quality and service. Oh yes,the service!!! It stinks! On a Sunday, the girl entered the phone number wrong. We waited too long in the car and only learnedthat when we went in to see if there was a problem. No apology or admittance to her error. Finally seated, we were subjected tothe same slow service, mix up on order, we usually are. They cannot understand plain English to get an order straight. Part ofproblem may be you are not tended to by only one server so that leaves much room for miscommunication. At any rate, by now wewere getting pretty irritated and when I said so, waitress complained I was being rude. I think this whole ordeal would havetaxed a Saint. And it was final compilation of too many similar experiences th. Also problems start at the top! Manager wasunpleasant telling us they charged for plate larger than a saucer. Did not have a pleasant experience this time(previous has been very good). Ordered sweet tea/ very little ice, got little cup,... changed out to larger cup with very little tea. Ordered croissant egg sandwich/ over easy egg, got scrambled. I understand beingunderstaffed but when they write down you order & it comes out wrong, it seems to be waisting everyone's precious time not tomention $$ to correct. Read more
Cafe Cappuccino was delicious with huge portions! I got the pancakes (huge variety of options) with bacon and eggs. The banana... chocolate chip pancakes were excellent! Decided to check this place out because it was near by, and we were quite pleased all around. Great menu, good food, and... affordable price. Got a huge delicious spread for $30- took home enough food for 2 more meals :-D Staff was courteous andprompt. Modern, recently renovated building, with good quiet ambiance. The only thing I they could improve was juice menu, appleor orange juice only. Most breakfast places offer some juice blends or smoothies.. Read more

Finally, food that tasted like food, good food!! My granddaughter had told me she ate there "all the time", but l had had a... pretty disappointing breakfast at this restaurant when it was located on Hewitt Dr. THAT memory was what had stopped mebefore!
