Thanks for making us wait 10 minutes behind a black Cadillac SUV with no one else in line at all the whole time while the people... chitchatted and we just wanted to order for my hungry son after the game. The lady in the window saw me and ignored me. If theywanted to close early (i.e. 20 minutes before closing), they could have said something and not make we wait watching this verynice Cadillac SUV whose rear windshield wiper was going for the 10 minutes etching into the glass from the dry wiper runningover the dry dirty and very dusty rear window. I thought you wanted to sell food. I guess I?m mistaken. I guess my son willhave to stop choosing Bush?s chicken from now on. Sad. Read more

Tenders were very small. Waited for over 20 minutes after we placed our order. But food was good.
Have always been pleased with the service here. Great staff. Especially, when it's busy.
25 min for 2 tenders? not busy, 4 other cars during that time. no explanation if they needed to make more. other cars got larger... orders. then questioned like the police by 2 people for a refund... why? the chickens already stale. Read more
Normally I do not put out bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed today eating at the Bush's Chicken in China Spring. My... wife has eaten there on an average of twice a week since they have open and have not had any kind of trouble orcomplaints. Unfortunately this experience had us ordering a six tender meal with an extra roll. As you can see by the attachedpictures the rolls were burnt and there wasn't but about half of the bag of okra field and the chicken was quite cold andextremely small thin pieces. Granted when we call them after we left on the road they offered for us to come back and give us a25% discount coupon but with the cost of fuel being what it is by the time we heard back we are already 10 miles away ormore. I don't believe we will be giving them our business for a while. Read more
I went to bush's chicken for the tender Tuesday. I ordered two boxes of tenders and a family fries. They gave me two boxes of... what looked like chicken scraps of the chicken strips. It was so so much batter on the little pieces of chicken that you canbarely tell it was some meat in there. Read more
The quality of food at Bush'd has really gone down and the price has gone way up. The chicken tenders are always small and dried... up now. Nothing like they used to be. Read more
