The tenders were Luke warm. But the fries we had came out fresh and the gizzards were fresh.. They also didn't have any ketchup... at this location. Overall food was tasty. Read more

They are unique in that you get to choose which pieces you want! The homemade rolls are always warm,as is my go to side,the Mac... and cheese! The chicken itself is delicious. Restaurant is always clean. This is my place for lunch when in Waco. They need tocome to Dallas-Fort Worth besides the one location way out east suburbs. Read more
Horrible customer service!!!!! This rating should be zero!!!! I will definitely not going back to bush?s again. I told my order... to the lady. Got my order pulled over to check and it was wrong. I went back and told them and guess what the general managersaid that i will have to pay to get what I want?? The wannabe general manager was blaming me and say it?s my fault that theymessed up. No apologies or anything. The wannabe be general manager was saying if you want you have to pay it. Seriously thoughhow are you a gm if you don?t won?t to help a customer??? Bush?s ya need help hiring manager because apparently ya care aboutthe money instead of customers. Don?t worry about my money anymore I will take my $40 and go to golden chick. Ordered a 4 tender meal and this is literally what I got... spent 26 bucks for 2 meals and and a small mashed potato and... drink... I took the gravy and fries out just to show you the actual tenders we received... will not be going there again... Read more
Was working a 32 hour shift on Father's day and couldn't leave the hospital. I had my wife go get some food for me. Ordered a 6... piece chicken strip meal and jalapeno poppers. I got 5 cold chicken strips and a gravy that was so cold I could turn it upsidedown and it almost didn't come out. And instead of a jalapeno popper they gave me just a regular jalapeno. Lastly cold hardroll which suprisingly difficult to break in half. Normally their service is just o.k., but when I called the manager back tolet her know that it was bad, her response was maybe it'll be better next time. My daughter who started eating her meal on thedrive from the store to the hospital said her meal was cold as well. Lastly, my wife said that she had to wait forever in lineas it was extremely slow. Ordered dinner for myself and my husband on the way home from work and had to wait about 20 minutes for our food to come out. ... Unfortunately, after I made it home I realized that the only thing they got correct on our order was our drinks and my husband'sside on his meal. We ordered 2 chicken liver meals, one with fried okra, the other with mashed potatoes. We ended up withtough, hard as a rock chicken gizzards, and undercooked fries instead of fried okra.
