I have been coming to this bushes for 6 years and due to the new General Manager BERNICE, I am likely not to be returning if she... doesn?t get her store in order . I?m not the type to complain nor leave reviews however she is not professional and does notcare when others mess up on your order. While explaining to her that one of her workers messed up on my order then after a longdrive home I was promised a correction / credit meal , she did not seem to care what so ever . Did not apologize for the mistakeor anything just wanted my money , for a meal that should have been free . As I didn?t eat the other meal & even offered toreturn it . This place is complete trash now. Not only have they messed up our order for the second time (I don?t know why I gave them a... second chance) but they get an attitude when you show them how they charge you for food you did not receive. We order somegizzards, tender meals, family mash and family macaroni. The lady comes out with only the tender meals and says that they didnot have any gizzards, to which we said that fine. As we go through the bag to see if everything else is there we see they didnot give us the family mash or macaroni AND they still charged me for the gizzards even though she clearly said they didn?t haveany. When we go inside to show them that we got charged for the gizzards and did not receive the family sides. The cashier ladygot an attitude with my wife and yells at another worker ?here just give them what they want?. Then the worker says do I stillwant my gizzards since they magically now have some. So I regrettably say yes. We get home only to find that they didn?t evenput fries in one of the tender meals and the other one had 4 skinny and small tenders. The macaroni was LITERALLY just waterynoodles. And worst of all the gizzards where old. Like maybe sitting for hours old. Will NEVER be back to this sorryestablishment. I was at this bushes the other day because the one at market place apparently doesn?t make fresh chicken. I asked the lady in... the drive through for fresh tenders she said they ain?t fresh but they been sitting 10 minutes, she said she I?ll pick out thebig ones so I said ok. I over pay for two 6 peice tender meals 34 dollars and then I get home to eat and once again I get littletiny hard tenders that you could tell been sitting for at least 2 hours. I would recommend if you want decent chicken tenders oranything fresh not to go to any bushes in this area. I?ll personally never go back to any of them ever again. And I?ve given allof them multiple chances and they always do the same and never want to fix anything. We work for our hard earned money just likethem and I would think for 30 bucks we should get at least warm food. Read more
