Pay your employees more! Severely understaffed, wait time is atrocious and the girl running the lobby register is vomiting in... the trash between customers. The staff that is here were accommodating which is all I ask from a fast food establishment. Edit: lobby door was just locked with 10 people in the lobby. There are no emergency push bars on the doors. Read more
It was a Burger King that is all I can say about that. The staff was very professional and the restaurant was clean. The food... was on par with what you would expect at a Burger King. The best part was the lobby was open, not many of those stillavailable. Read more
Literally sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes after ordering my breakfast waiting for my food. They aren?t busy. There... have been 4 vehicles other than mine within that 30 minutes. I ordered in the drive thru, the staff was friendly and nice. I got home with my order and checked my burgers. I was supposed to... have a whopper jr and two double whopper jr?s. But I got what looks like a regular hamburger. Not even double meat on either ofthe double whopper jr?s. Read more

I'm so glad Hewitt Drive has a Burger King location again after issues with the previous building forced them to closed down a... couple of years ago. Even though Burger King is known for their burgers, their Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwiches are the way togo! I look forward to their regular open hours so I can stop by for breakfast. Read more
This place is about 15 minutes away from the place I was originally going to ,and I felt that this review needed to happen! I am... so ELATED. I felt lighthearted, happier, peaceful, and genuinely cared for. I felt the eperience of EXTRAORDINARY customerservice at THIS location. The team present right now is one that you cannot miss, They are a dream team If I had my ownestablishment. I had the absolute pleasure to experience customer service, I mean good customer service is not very commonanymore. All of them greeted me Coming into the entrance I felt like a celebrity, They were very attentive and prompt. Ialmost gave up on the idea Of the experience existing anymore. But today I'm grateful for this experience of customer service. They didn't know that just the one week ago the location on New Road Loath their job! The assistant manager Was carelessrude outwardly in front of customers and to this customer. And she robbed me Because she didn't know how to do the math on herhead that if someone gives you a $20 bill and you're giving them a refund give them back that $20 bill. Whoever hired her as anassistant manager took the big "L" Often when you lead by example and you don't want to be there the entire store wears thatenergy. She refused to give me the rest of my money back So I called corporate and reported her After I called the policebecause she literally robbed me. I lost a lot of confidence in Burger King after that because I feel like customer service ingeneral is going down the potty. But, When I entered this new location at 1601 I came guarded and unsure but I left full ofzest! kudos kudos kudos somebody please. Give these men some praises if you go to this location.
