The burgers here are so juicy and good. One of basket of wings were a little to dry and salty. But my wings were good. I don?t... like a lot of spicy stuff so these were just perfect. They did mess up on my daughters order so she ate of ours while theybrought hers. By the time her food was brought out she was full, took burger home and ended in the garbage ???? she was a littleupset cuz we all know how expensive eating is. Went there kinda late so the lackluster service was a little expected. However what wasn't expected was finding a fingernail in... my girlfriend's water cup. The manager was very considerate telling us all our food was on them but she looked a little youngand inexperienced. The waitress was hardly ever in the front of the house leaving not just our table but also all the other onesshe had unattended quite frequently. We had such a good experience here at dinner tonight, that I'm so surprised of the negative reviews of this place. Our waiter... was fast, kind and very attentive. I had the cauliflower wings and they were fresh, hot and crispy! Their fries are also sogood. My husband had boneless wings and mozzarella sticks and they were hot and crispy as well. I ordered a (very delicious)margarita and the order in which everything came out in was literally perfect timing, so we were able to eat everything withoutfeeling rushed. We will definitely be back! I rarely review, but I've been here twice and service was abysmally slow both times. This time, after 20 minutes at the bar the... server had yet to take my food order. I flagged her down to ask to put in an order and ended up having to take my food to go.The wings were cool (not hot and fresh) and dry both times. Read more
3.8 stars and dropping..Is Buffalo Wild Wings going to actually do anything about this joke of a restaurant we are stuck with in... Waco. I would be absolutely embarrassed to work for this establishment. I evaluated my last 5 orders for quality..4 out of fiveof them were either missing something?incorrect completely or Poorly tossed wings. Honestly either move in and flip this placeupside down/fire management or do everyone a favor and turn it into a wing stop. If you want onion rings don?t order thembecause they are to lazy to prep certain items. Additional update, waited an hour for wings that didn?t come with sauce. If Icould give negative stars I would. Update: we came back to BW3's and its been horrible. We've been sitting at a table for over 15 minutes and noone has even come... by to ask for our drink order. Menu is filled with sauce and waiters are all standing around giggling. Bathroom isdisgusting! Vincent where are you?!!! Our waiter Vincent was amazing! He Introduced us to some of our new favorite foods. Ididn't have to ask for anything because he had already brought it to the table and took great care of us! This man needs araise! Absolutely horrible experience. Had to practically beg for drink refills (more than once), napkins, and the rest of our order. ... Try to talk to the waitress? She turned her back and walked off, not once or twice, but 5 times. Asked for the nachosdeconstructed, she didn't know what that meant, even explained, they came out wrong. The Mac n cheese? Hard as a rock, couldn't stir it. Nachos were stale, wings were the wrong flavor. Asked to try a couple flavors, 60 cents each, came withthe meal and plain wings. Even the manager was horrible. Check was supposed to be split when ordering, they never couldfigure it out and wouldn't let us help... we gave up. Definitely a never again... not worth the aggravation. AVOID like theplague if you plan on having a decent meal/experience. I can't stress enough how horribly we were treated. Read more
