I've been enjoying this ice cream store for over 40 years. Always a great product, and very friendly staff. It is a Waco icon.... The store is always extremely clean, the service is fast, and the quality is always great. I can see looking out the window, atthe line of cars, that the drive-thru must be popular. But for myself, I enjoy that they have such a nice dining area to sit andenjoy my ice cream. Read more
Just busted this location for my first time, having my son in law and my grandson in tow. Service was prompt, place was... clean. More importantly for me, we are continuing a 60 year tradition of going to Baskin Robbins with grandpa. Just wanted tothank the staff for doing a great job! Read more
The only reason they get two stars is because the ice cream is always good! The service this time was far from good this time... however. The boy that waited on us was rude, and tried to rush us with no other customers. Her knew nothing about the icecream ingredients. When I told him I had an coconut allergy, he did nothing to try to figure out if what I wanted to order hadthat ingredient. Never once said thank you. Read more
Great ice cream today, I had the Love Potion #31 and my wife had the Banana Royale. We will definitely be back. It's a smaller... BR but the staff are super friendly and helpful. Loved it! Read more
Absolutely DO NOT get the cookie butter ice cream!! There was only 5 bites of ice cream and the rest was a clump of cinnamon!!
