The cleaning sees to not exist. Not so busy they couldn't clean. All 4 tables un clean and 4 people behind the counter. Some... one should have taken the initiative. Really bad. 10 minutes Waits shirt to none existing lines. Read more
Tried to taste everything. Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel, but didn't get it. They charge 89 cents per dipping sauce. Ordered... and paid for 7, but only got 5. And roasted garlic and parmesan pretzels went in the trash. Tasted like eating garlic salt rightfrom the container. It was really bad. But everything else was really good. I'll definitely order everything except the garlicparmesan pretzels again. DEFINITELY check the order before leaving because they have an issue there, but other than that we allenjoyed it. Read more
I'm a postal employee in training. I got a half hour for lunch break so I shoot over to the mall to Auntie Anne's to get a... pretzel dog, a pepperoni pretzel w/marinara sauce and a medium Dr. Pepper. I only have a hundred and guess what to my surprisethey cant break it. So I walk out with no food and have to hurry back to work. Thanks Auntie Anne's for nothing!!! Read more
I have been hunting down Auntie Anne's Pretzel stores for years and I always love the food. And though I had friendly service... there seems to be a lack of communication here. Tables were messy and productivity was slow. I think the manager here needs tofocus on managing his team more effectively and training them how to talk and what priorities should be. For example when I wentin it was slow, yet they were out of pretzels. Again, love the staff, but I think the store could use better management. Staff put out my frozen lemonade and another customer took it. Asked for another one and they gave me a regular. Pointed out the... error and was told I was wrong and couldn?t get my original order. Absolutely rude drink staff. Table that took it realized theydid. Cashier was nice. Went here every Waco visit and will no longer be buying from here. Read more
Love the pretzels but the Line can be a bit long at times.
