I came in at 12:35 pm it was a slow lunch run . I sit 9 minutes waitress comes take my order . I order sweet tea with meal. 16... minutes later my meal comes I was ask would there any thing else I look at her said it be nice to have my sweet tea!! Then. Pretty gross place. We went in and didn?t take us too long to get sat because it was just the two of us. However, we get sat at... a sticky table, so we had to move. The new table was still slightly sticky. A host was having to help us because of severunderstaffing and she was the only one in the whole restaurant. Manager took our drink orders and yelled at the girl for thesticky tables even though she is the only one in the whole restaurant cleaning them. We decide to leave after just gettingdrinks and a different manager tried making us feel guilty by saying ?you leaving us?? and even caught us in the parking lot aswe were leaving. Read more
Seems by the reviews still bad. I was in a party of 2 is all . We had a bad server. I had to asked several times for sweet and... low . The snowflake waitress told me she didn't like the way I talked to her. Then told the people I was talking next to us thatthey didn't have to sit next to someone rude like me . So all I saw was her on her cell. This was the night shift . So then wegot a male waiter that wasn't so touchy but slow. I was having a conversation with the person I was sitting with and the malemanager was listening and came over and told me his opinion. This restaurant is garbage. Everything about it. First, I paid for delivery and received the wrong order which was placed on their website, not through doordash. I then called... an and complained. They agreed to comp the meal, but I now have to pick up my order which they said would be ready when I getthere, Not!! I arrive to pick up my order. I called to notify them that I'm here, the waitress says that the order will be outwhen it's ready. I then wait 30 min. before going in the restaurant to inquire about my food and its was just sitting there inthe back kitchen in the bag. (I'm really hot at this point) I then get my order and get home and both steaks where cooked wrong.Since every time I place an online order with them for delivery it has been wrong in the past including this order, I will nolonger patronize Applebee's. I'll try Chili's or somebody else that at least care enough about their customers to get the orderright, maybe. Because the whole point of delivery is to have the food delivered because that's what one pays for. The onlyreason that I gave them two stars instead of one is because they at least comp the meal, but they should have had the correctfood delivered to me since that's how I originally placed the order and it was their fault.
