I am very disappointed in this North Wabash Subway store. The help is great but the owner does not keep the fountain drinks... available for customers. I have been in there multiple times where the lemonade is out and nothing but water, and today I wentin and none of the fountain drinks were working, so I had to take one out of the cooler refrigerator. I think I will start goingto the South Side Subway from now on as this is getting much too frequent. This is the owner's fault! Read more
They let you order chicken teriyaki but don't bother to inform you that they don't have any sauce *(sweet onion) until it's time... you ask for it. Then made my mom feel like she had to be stuck w a sandwich that she knew wouldn't get eaten. The staff was veryrude and whoever is playing like he is the manager, needs to be replaced and taught some manners. Big time. But I guess that'show wabash subway runs there store. My mom is 87 years old. And the way they got over on her was disgusting. And so much fortrying to call and talk w a manager. They don't have any to run the store. Read more
Nothing super amazing, but it did the trick. I always order the spicy Italian and Grandma got her meatball marinara sub. She... said it wasn't very good and wasn't happy with her sandwich. I, however, was happy with mine. Tastes the same every time Read more
Best worker and I would go here again because of his service
Placed order online. Was early to pick it up so sat in car while they finished. They brought the subs to the car when finished,... nice. Got home and started to unwrap subs to find one that was to be toasted wasn't. They messed up a few items on the subs,added banana peppers and wrong dressing to one. Looked at the receipt and it had the subs listed as we had ordered them,exactly. It was not like they were busy. They just did them wrong. Read more
Employee was disrespectful and acted as if waiting on us was a burden. She didnt seem to know how to make sandwiches correctly... either. Got them home and sauce/condiments were all over wrapper and inside of bag. Veggies were also out of sandwiches insidewrapper. Will be a long time before I visit this location. Read more
Understaffed. There was one worker and it took probably half an hour to get our 4 subs. Also they do not honor any subway... coupons or promotions. Kind of messed up if you ask me. Read more
