If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would!!! 1) I had to wait for 7 minutes in line even though there was only one car in... front of me 2) they messed up my order so I had to wait an extra 5 minutes waiting for my food and the guy who handed it to melooked like he didn?t shower or wash his hands 3) my medium lemonade was 90% ice 4) I only received 6/10 nuggets in my meal 5)my medium fries a was barely half full and they had entirely too much salt on them THEYRE TERRIBLE! ???? Bathroom was horrible and no toilet paper. The manager was very rude and impatient. I was I went in line trying to order and he... said someone was there before me I turned around no one was there I turned around the third time there was a black lady thereshe wasn't there before so somehow she was able to cut the line in front of me even though I was there first. Then I decided touse the bathroom came back from the bathroom and she was still in line ordering her food and the manager was also black too Idon't care if you're black white or blue. You do not pull the race card to cut the line or or be a really rude manager. Customerservice there sucked I did not order anything at all. Inside the store was disgusting as well. Clearly says they close at 11 but I drove from san marcos and arrived at 10:30 and it was closed. The lights were all off and... not a single staff member and the drive thru was blocked off. 0 stars very disappointed. Read more
Terrible and rude service. Ordered a baconator and a baked potato with a bowl of Chili which was 3.49 we asked the the guy when... we got our food if everything was in the bag and he just closed the window door. We called the number and explained our issuewith the missing item (bowl of chilli) and they hung up after we explained the issue. Don't bother coming to this Wendy'slocation. Read more

Went in for a frosty for my daughter after the parade. We got ignored for almost 10 minutes. One of the employees asked if she... should help us and was told to keep bagging. My wife asked asked for help and we were treated to a few seconds of blank staresfrom one of the employees. Long story short, use the drive-thru that?s where all their attention was. I assume they have acertain amount of time to get people through the drive-thru. So they focus more on that aspect. Read more
