All 3 footlongs were missing cheese and had the wrong ingredients! Only thing correct on each was the protein?! As we picked up... our online order, we were far away once we discovered the errors. I attempted to call, but no answer, ever. I went back 4 hourslater when I was back in the area and we told: Nothing they could do since I did not bring back the sandwiches. They have aphone but cannot use it. The manager Felipe took my receipt with my number and said he'd call me the next day with a solution.(Raise your hand if you think he called me....negative ghost rider!) Talk about customer service. An apology would've been cool,maybe a replacement 1/3 of the order? Nah. Read more

worker told us they don?t take coupons AFTER the sandwich was made. We were holding it the whole time. why don?t you take... coupons? the QR code scanner is sitting right in front of you. We asked why she couldn?t scan it, and she said she didn?t know,which leads us to believe she is lying. But it is what it is. We should have just left. Read more

I gonhere regularly with my gf. Today I went alone. First I wasn't greeted as normal with the welcome. I ordered a footlong on... Flatbread steak, egg and cheese. The young lady helping me was new. There were only 3 eggs and she asked Maria for more eggs. Imentioned I'll just take the 3 eggs if you don't charge me for the extra cheese. Maria totally ignored me. She walked over andstart telling the young lady how she made the sandwich wrong. I put mu chips back and proceeded to walk out as I told Maria whoignored me that what she was doing wawasn'good customer service.. I believe if the young lady put a little to much meat on towait til my order is done then proceed to retrain her. not in front of a customer and taking the sandwich apart which doesn'tlook good. Anyways Maria ignored me to the point of her not caring about a customer but her own agenda. If it were my business Iwould retrain Maria and make sure she understands customer service keeps customers coming which keeps businesses going as wellas pays her wages. Kind regards. Read more

I never have a problem with that particular Subway. I never got my order wrong never rude always friendly even get to know... people almost on a personal level. They go way above and beyond the order. They ask you for things that you never even thoughtof you might like on your sandwich. It's amazing the stuff that they do there. I'm so impressed with them I don't even havewords to describe the service that I get every single time I go in there and I almost go everyday. I love this particularSubway. Read more

Placed and online order on 5/15/22 and received a confirmation email. I also received a READY FOR PICK UP at 9:15pm notification... and when I got there it was CLOSED and had been for an hour due to an "emergency" .. So why was their system still running and Iwas still charged?? Read more

Did an online order, one sub completely missing the other was completely wrong. Don't know how you mess up an order when it's... printed out in front of you. Not sure how you hand a customer and incomplete order when it clearly says five subs and you onlygive them four. ***Adjusting to 3 stars Subs that were made we're really good, manager of store reached out to correct issues.*** Read more
