Absolutely impeccable staff, the owner of the store is highly spoken of from her staff which brought me great joy. The sandwich... was amazing and the staff is warm and inviting, I tell all my friends about this place because it is a hidden gem ????restaurant was clean and I took note of the manager greeting me prior to walking in, this is the kind of customer service I?dhope to get at other subways. All the ?refreshing? in the world will never help Subway?s mediocre service. And this place is no exception. When you only have... two types of bread, and they?re not what I want. Why should I care about new sandwiches. I shouldn?t! Then the employee has tolook a recipe card (cheat notes) because she hasn?t had proper training to make a sandwich. Updated rating. Management reached out. Jen was very professional and courteous. She welcomed and encouraged the feedback. I... have updated my rating due to this alone. Will reconsider this location. Previous review: Been a while but the service hasdecreased 7x since I used to be here regularly... Fair warning for those considering a quick bite. Ordered two footlong Subswith a protein (1 steak, 1 bacon), egg and cheese for pickup. I arrived home, bit into my steak sub and noticed a lack of egg..and toast on the edges... And as I ate, a lack of cheese.. and freshness. The other sub sadly was the same, with many missingingredients. When I picked it up they said nothing about my missing ingredients, or maybe a broken toaster. My number is on thereceipt.. they did not reach out while making it either. No one was was there in the shop when I arrived, it wasn't busy... Nosubs were being made. I can't see a good reason my subs were missing 2/3 of the ingredients in it's name... Let alone the restof the order. And management didn't seem to care to reach out either (I sure did). With no explanation from anyone, I don't wishto return here. Their attitude and care is clear. This store is disappointing for sure. We have been here many times and the service is going down hill. We have tried, 'order... pick up' several times only to find we didn't get what we ordered upon arriving home. Their slogan is, "Have It Your Way". Onour LAST VISIT to this store we were told that they only had one kind of bread, Italian so we left and went to the Subway storeon North Santa Fe Avenue in Vista and were very pleased with the results. This Subway is not good! The girl making the sandwiches had no creative ability. She loaded the sandwich with all the fixings in... the center and when she cut the bread she ripped the bread in multiple places on the 12" sandwich. Her attitude was so poor. Shehad this look on her face like she was band to the deepest, darkest place in hell....called Subway! If you dont like the placeyou're working at then hey....pretend to because frankly no body cares. We are coming to the establishment for food or whatever,not for your bad teenage attitude. The place was nasty too. Cutting board dirty and veggies and tuna all over. The place was notbusy at all. There were 2 people working there and not one of them was concerned with the cleanliness of the place. I will notbe going back. Read more

I live down the street from this subway, naturally when I'm hungry this is a first choice for me. There have been several times... that I have been dissatisfied with the way this place has been run and I've thought about leaving this review before. I wouldn'tdo this sort of thing normally, but today pushed me over the edge. I waited for a total of 30 minutes today behind onecustomer. This customer ordered more than 8 sandwiches and there was only one person on staff at the time. The other came backfrom lunch early to help with the amount of backup that had been occurring. Every time I come here and its like this I don't getangry at the people working behind the counter because they are doing the best they can, and they are working fast to get whatneeds to be done done. I wholeheartedly believe that there is a huge management problem and a huge disconnect with the peoplethat run this place with how the operations actually work. I'm only writing this review because I'm hoping that someone inmanagement at this restaurant might actually change the way things are working and think about the experience they are creatingfor their employees, which then extends to your customer. I hope you fix this, for now I'll travel the extra mile to the nextsubway on Sante Fe. Read more
