Very slow in making my drink waited 20 mins and there was only 1 customer only saw 2 employees working. Not good

Nice enough but always seams understaffed. Lots of locals hanging outside. Not to much riff-raff.

Terrible experience! Definitely never going there again and wouldn?t recommend anyone else going. My dad always goes in after... gaining the confidence to order alone and he always gets the worst treatment. My dad?s first language isn?t English so he getsvery shy ordering but getting Starbucks before he goes to work is a little treat for himself. The workers are irresponsible andtake their customers as a joke. My dad mentioned that they were not busy when he went in to order. The guys working were messingaround and not making his drink. He asked nicely if they can start on it and with attitude the bearded man rubbed his facebefore touching the rim of the cup. It?s unsanitary and rude. Definitely something I will be bringing to cooperate and wouldlike a sincere apology from him. I have not had the chance to go down there myself but will do so. With COVID going around it?sunbelievable that this allowed. My dad asked for his money back. To start I visited this establishment 2 times in the same week. 1st time I saw the inside the building was messy tables and... floors with napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. Maybe it was busy that day not sure. It had 5 customers waiting. On the appthey didn't have order ahead available. So I ordered my drink she was helpful. But when I got my drink he really was notpleasant, got my drink and they had no straws out and he didn't get me one. I asked for one and had me wait a minute beforegetting it for me. The 2nd day I came at the same time and as I approached the door the employee was unlocking the door for acustomer leaving. She was rude before I can even ask if they closed early. They closed about 1hour and a half early. The staffseems to change while keeping only maybe 1 or 2 that I remember seeing. I think I will try again to visit but this is what Iexperienced. Read more

It's a Starbucks, so it's the same quality coffee and service you'll get at any of their locations. This one has very little... seating inside and has covered up all of the public electrical outlets. So, if you need power, you should pass on this specificlocation. Read more

Good atmosphere both indoors and out. Service was fast. Free wifi of course, I could see myself coming here to study for... school or complete an assignment. If it had been cleaner I would have rated four stars. Where I sit I see a layer of dust onthe windowsill and the floor doesn't appear to have been recently swept and I can see what appears to be a pill of some kindunderneath a table. Read more
