I absolutely love this location. Associates are very kind and the space inside is neat. It is my first time in this location and... I just realized how close it is to where I work at. Very convenient. They also had my favorite red velvet loaf so I was veryhappy. I probably will start coming over more here. Read more

Laurie (I believe) was very nice, however no one seemed to actually care about my order. Kind of bummed I used my rewards only... to receive an iced chai extremely hot with a couple of ice cubes in it. I was in the middle of doing food deliveries, so I couldnot go back and spend another ten minutes waiting for them to properly make my drink (even though I was the only person in thedrive through). Just went here this morning to get a cup of joe. The cup bottom pushed up and soiled my pants and drained all over my car.... Almost burned my legs and caused an accident. I checked the bottom of the cup and looks like the cup was either really old orplaced on water and disintegrated. Had to return home to change and need to wash my car seat and carpet. Let alone a waste of$5.00. I tried calling your store but the number doesn't work. I wasn't going to get in the drive-thru lane again just to makea complaint. You guys just ruined my Friday, my clothes, and car by using such defective cup! Read more

Horrible customer service the worst of all the start bucks, Waiting 15 minutes for a drip coffee that is already brewed is... ridiculous. Take the order from the customer and engage with us so you don't make us feel like another number. Read more
