Rice was under cooked. Grilled chicken did not look like grilled chicken, no grill marks and yellow. Stir fried dish looked... unappetizing, rice noodled sticking together, vegetables brownish instead fresh looking green, shrimp were not fresh, they weremushy. Also egg rolls were not fresh. I order over the phone. My wife picked up the order. The Thai teas, weren?t full and she asked if they could fill them. They... were tiny cups for $5, next door you can get better cup with more. I usually spend about $200 a week on food out and was lookingfor a good pho, place from my normal one to buy for everyone when they felt like pho. But the customer service and attitude mywife received showed you don?t care for your customers or your employees needs to have a talk about customer service. Delicious! Waitress was super friendly n prompt. Food was very flavorful and hot when it came out.
Love the lime cured filet which is like ceviche but with fillet mignon and the spiciness flavor is excellent. The chicken is... crispy and tender at the same time. First time trying the savory crepes and adding the different sauces dips makes it yummy. Wewere full by the time we reached the main meal and bo bo hue is nice to have if you want something hot and spicy. Cajun shrimpis recommended if you like Cajun of anything. Not to be missed. Nice spot for casual lunch or dinner. When you walk in they usually have you see yourself. The eggrolls were good and a bit... different than eggrolls from different cultures. I really like the mint and lettuce to wrap them up?crunchy! I ordered thevegetable pho with chicken added. From what I understand, beef and chicken pho both have MSG added. Plus, I?d like to get myveggies in. The service was good. However, we did have to keep asking for things such as sauces and extra napkins which were notgiven up front. Granted, they do get busy after we arrive. We bring the crowds! ???? The sauces are all currently in single usedcontainers and none are just out on the table.
