This was an interesting trip to Jack. The service was awesome. But we couldn't get our own soda at the machine in the dining... room and there were no condiments out so we had to ask for everything we needed. It was just odd because at other Jack's thatstuff I readily available in the dining room. The food was great and again service was great it was just not welcoming. Read more

The food was AWESOME as usual. However, since they are pretty much the only late-night drive through game in town post-pandemic,... the lines are MONDO!!! I would HIGHLY recommend that the franchise owner increase staffing to handle the lines for their greateats. I know the current employees would appreciate the help. Read more
Disgusted that they boxed up my food seeing that there was mold on my bread?
Ordered and was charged for medium fry but received small over salted fries. The lady at the window was also slightly rude.
Wife is pregnant come to Jack and she tells the Manager at the time her food isn?t fresh and the Manager doesn?t do anything... about it. Very bad costumer service 2nd shift. Never had a problem before. You know they give you the last of what they had whenit?s mixed with regular fries because they didn?t want to put down some fresh ones. Read more
Chicken Tenders was dry, burnt with a mechanical taste. I even gave it a 2nd try after my 1st visit, due to busy drive thru... evening. Ordered delivery tonight-burnt, dry tenders Again! Although, this time they had a wierd after taste. Waste of money.Fool me 3 times... shame on me. I don't understand how restaurants cook, package, and sell something they wouldn't eat.
