If you order ahead of time be sure to ask if they are going to be able to meet that commitment. I ordered four pizzas and was... told it be ready by 11:45 When I get there with 5 min to spare I am told it?ll be another 15 min because they had a large order.If you are behind because of orders don?t overcommit to your customer since customer is expecting what you told them over thephone.
