Not a fancy , modern Cafe, but friendly service, and excellent food! Love it!
A definite must go to spot to have a bite to eat and even grab a nice cup of coffee with it or to go. I had the club sandwich... and it was absolute perfection. Most places now a days just add ham to it?which is not a club sandwich?The sweet potato frieswere just as excellent along with the service the staff provided. This past Sunday, my wife had the veggie omelet that she raved about, and I had a ham and cheese omelet that was very good as... well. We had our dog with us, and he had a special bacon and eggs breakfast. Our server was so kind, she didn't rush us alongand kept the coffee coming! Not our first time and we'll be back! Read more
Curbside Cafe is a solid breakfast spot in Vista. This is the second time I've eaten here. I prefer dining at the small... outdoor patio tables, compared to the inside of the restaurant. That's because Main Street, which Curbside Cafe is located on,is lined with eateries, quaint shops, a theater, breweries & a wine bar, plus several interesting sidewalk sculptures are ondisplay here. Because it's a fairly busy place, it's entertaining to watch all the comings & goings of cars, & doggies, walkingtheir humans, while you eat your meal. The Cinnamon Rolls are humongous, & loaded on top, with walnuts. They are divine! Ilike to wash them down with an Americano, a flavorful & more potent version of coffee. The first time I was here, I ordered theclassic Eggs Benedict. This time, I got a Denver Omelette. Both times, I got the Country Potatoes, & I like these: largechunks of potatoes, cooked just right, blended with long strips of sauteed onions. Both of my meals here tasted good. Celebrating a friends birthday and she chose this place. It was my first time here and it won?t be my last. I ordered the Monte... Cristo sandwich with a side of fruit. CHANGE YOUR LIFE! So buttery, delicious, tender, mouth watering OMG! The cinnamon roll wasalso to die for. We ate it to fast to take a pic. I will be back with more family and friends and place to go orders. We stopped her for breakfast. The food overall was good but pur service was lacking. Our waitress only stopped by once. Also I... ordered their famous "cinnamon roll" but it's not a cinnamon roll, it's a sticky bun with nuts on top. I got chicken fried steakwhich the gravy saved. The steaks where ones deep fried from the freezer so not home made. Everything else was fresh and tastedgreat. Read more
We Found 3 hairs in our food on different plates. The cooks don?t wear hair nets and don?t care about sanitation. They also... brought our table a bowl of fruit with a moldy strawberry. I can understand one thing but 4 different times in one sitting?That?s not okay. Food wasn?t bad until we realized the hair. If you don?t mind hair in the food this place has decent food. Read more
