My son and I bought ice-cream in a waffle bowl. We took one bite and it was very stale. We told the manager Sierra that it was... stale. She said she wasn?t able to give us another bowl because we took a bite out of it. She was incredibly rude and notcustomer service oriented or helpful. We will take our business elsewhere! Read more
We went in very excited for ice cream and were next in line to which we were told to wait by Diego as he took his friends that... were behind us and served them. We then had to wait for graciella to help us. She was amazing which is the only reason this is a2 star rating rather than 1. Diego was rude for skipping us but also had his friend go behind the counter into the freezer room.I don?t know if his friend works there or not but surely no employee who is not on the clock should be behind the counter.Overall very dissatisfied with Diego and his professionalism. But many props to graciella for picking up the slack. Read more
