Great place for authentic Italian food. Love the environment. Outside patio seating available. Market inside with Italian meats,... cheeses, take-home meals, and condiments for sale. Staff is very friendly. Portions are very generous and prices are reasonable.Had the lasagna and linguini with clam sauce. Delicious! The iced tea is amazing! Read more

Many options to enjoy their tasty Italian food. This is a great place to go for a celebration dinner, though not too up scale,... it is comfortably a very nice setting to gather. The staff is very attentive and yet fun. It can get busy so go early or plan towait a bit. Nearest parking is limited so early dining is recommended. Read more
Had Graduation for my sister Madison at ciaos and it was totally awesome cause when you haven?t seen your friends for a while... during the pandemic and they arrived there?s nothing like a good Italian meal to eat and catching up. In my opinion ciaos isgood place to eat and to have party?s and weddings , Susie is the best host and she will take good care of everything. Read more
This is by far the best family restaurant in San Diego County. If you want to have some amazing food, tasteful drinks, and... delicious dessert, bring your family and enjoy this amazing atmosphere. Our family loves to come here for dinner, birthdays, andspecial holidays. In 2004 I remember coming to this place for homecoming, and to see the growth of the service offered, theatmosphere, the attention to detail, I would highly suggest a visit. I would really hope they open more locations as the food isdelicious. They offer pick up items and take home food. Be sure to visit the ice cream bar. If you want to rent for an event besure to ask for Susie she is amazing! Read more
Just moved to Vista but have been visiting this restaurant for birthdays and other celebrations. Even celebrated Valentine?s day... here. The food (pizza, pasta, dessert) are soo good and flavorful. I don?t think we?ve ever had a problem with any of thedishes. Oh btw, the fresh warm bread they bring out is to die for. Love coming here and we get superb customer service everytime! A must try is the pear gorgonzola pizza! Read more
I've been driving by this restaurant for over 10 years and finally decided to stop in for a family dinner. We were not... disappointed. First off all, they recently expanded and remodeled; the place is beautiful. On top of that, my wife and Itypically talk about how we could have made better food at home...that was simply not the case with Ciao. The food is reallyvery good and quite reasonably priced, for the quality. I entered $30-$50 per person, and we did average the low end of that, but only because we splurged a bit on appetizers and desserts. Most could leave with a full belly for less than what we spent. The staff are well kept, helpful, and very friendly/courteous. My glass did not go empty, they're on it. They also have an areawhere you can buy Italian meats and a nice little Gelato bar with a variety of flavors. I would definitely recommend. Read more
The staff here is so kind and offers great recommendations. I've had a few appetizers here and they were all great! I tried the... Pear Gorg pizza and it was amazing...took it home and drizzled a little honey on it....wow!! Then I asked if they could do 1/2meat lovers and 1/2 Ponza....it looked like a work of art and it was amazing!! Then the desserts...all amazing!! Probably myfavorite was a pear cream dessert.
