Always such tasty food, unfortunately they never listen when I (a vegan) ask for no mayo, no cheese, on my beyond burger. Idk if... it's just hard to hear me or what. They have corrected my order before when I decided to go back through the drive thru, but Ioften times just say "F it" and go home. Please try to listen carefully because at that point animal products are already usedand it ethically doesn't make sense for me to ask you to just throw that one away just to give me a new one. Couldn't leave ZERO stars. Yes I understand what the entire world is going thru and I have worked in customer service and in the... restaurant industry my entire life, so I get it! I went thru the drive thru, when I paid, she kept telling my card was somehowdeclined but kept trying and it finally went thru. Then when I was waiting for my food, she kept getting my order wrong and notgiving me my entire order so I had to keep asking for the food I ordered. I was still waiting and she gave me a look like I wasin HER way, I kindly asked for my onion rings in which she grabbed then attempted to throw into my car, which then missed. Shethen told me that I was at 11 minutes and if I needed anything I had to go back around! As embarrassed as I was, I drove aroundattempting to go inside and speak to a manager. The door was locked, and now my sick toddler and I were waiting outside in therain. Finally someone comes to the door and asks us to wait outside while they get the manager ??????????? 35 minutes and $40later I get home to eat some gross, cold, soggy food. Read more
Google shows that Carl's junior closes at 11 however I pulled up at 10:15 after a 2 hour drive from visiting family and they... were closed. A man came to the window and proceeded to tell me that they close at 10 o'clock and it's posted, I try to explainthat Google says 11 o'clock and he just wanted to argue with me and keep shaking his head at me, very rude. Tried this location once with 3 other friends. Myself and one other had an item with bacon, and the two of us got incredibly... sick after. This location's food was the only common factor between us. I've been to other locations countless times without anyhospital trips. Might wanna skip this one Read more
Asked for a guacamole bacon burger with no onions and was given onions and no guacamole. The fries were old and stale. I also... asked for ranch and was given 10 packets of ketchup. I hate to complain but no part of my order was correct. Read more
