Hot fudge Sundae, good but needed more hot fudge.
Ordinary ice cream, extraordinary prices; single scoop cone $4. Staff are brain dead high school dropouts. They put a sign on... the bathroom saying "closed." No place to wash your hands after ice cream consumption. Boy needed to pee...he went in the bushesoutside!???????????? Read more
Service was good, ice cream was great. The chocolate waffle cone definitely needed work tho .... It was flat-tasting and thin,... like they made the batter too thin.... Didn't taste fresh and what I expected (I've had them at other places). Even the top wasuneven like there wasn't enough batter to get it to set right. And the wrapper had stuck to one side, I had to moisten it toscrape it off. Read more
Ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance for my father's birthday. They gave my decorated cake to someone else. They get 2 stars... instead of 1 because they did give me a refund when they could not give me a replacement on a timely basis. Read more

I had to give a star but if I could I would not give them a star at all. I ordered a cake 2 weeks prior to when I needed it and... when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have the order. They eventually found it and told me to never order inadvance because those orders always get lost. How is that response justifiable? Are they stating they are irresponsible? Irecieved a refund, but no apology just an FYI to not order in advance because they will lose the order. Read more
