Only 3 workers and had lots of customers and waited about 30 minutes for my cold cold food !!!! I ordered a chili burger and the... chili wasn't even warmed up at all it was as cold as they took it out of the refrigerator and just put in in the burger withoutheating it up!!!!! All the fries and burgers and pastrami sandwiche was all cold like it was sitting for hours !!!! REALLYREALLY DISAPPOINTED I spent $65.00 for clod food and hard cold fries !!!! I was going to call management but figured it wasonly 3 workers and one of them were the ones that is going to answer the phone ! I went here for the first time today with my wife. The fries were cold, soggy and extremely over seasoned. My burger was made... incorrectly. I told my wife to go ahead and eat thinking they would replace quickly. This was not the case they completed allthe orders they had prior to remaking mine so my wife was done eating before I received my burger. Could just be but I also hada issue with the combo meals being shown on the menu with cheese but not actually coming with cheese unless you pay extra. Don'tbelieve we will be going back. Read more
I love hamburgers, and this was seriously one of the best hamburgers I've ever had. People Rave about the french fries, that in... my opinion were just ok, but the hamburgers were wonderful. And to finish it off with a soft serve ice cream cone..., perfect! Read more
The food was good aside from being cold and the fries were stupid salty
Lunchtime in Visalia. Those poor three kids were running their rear ends off trying to keep up with the amount of surging... patrons. They did a great job with our order and we loved both the Double and Single Wimpy we ordered. Great Fries! Visalianeeds to do a better job at Lunch when Eastern Star is in Town. Pump up the staff. I like this place, I remember dining frequently at the original location in Tulare. I guess a lot has changed since 1993. One... thing in particular is the cost of adding mustard to your burger. I just visited the Visalia location this afternoon August 19,2019, and was charged $.50 for extra mustard on my burger. I don't get it? The condiments are located next to the soft drinkdispenser and they are free. I guess it's the labor intensive task of squeezing the precious yellow golden substance from aplastic bottle onto your sandwich. I could be wrong, it could be the owners attempt to recover the high cost of training suchdemanding skilled workforce. Getting those squirts of mustard on those sandwiches just right is not an easy task. Really! $.50? Read more
The place is clean and the food to me, is exactly the same as the Tulare location. I had the Bruto combo and it didn't... disappoint. The fries have a great taste with the seasoning they use. Employees have great customer service. The location issmall, so don't expect more than 4 per table. Good eats. Read more
Was in the mood for chicken strips. Asked if it was chicken breast strips, was told it was. It was not, it was ground up... chicken, pressed and formed into a strip. Took it home for my dogs. At least be honest. Extra star for the malt in my shake.Then charged a 3% check out fee on top of that. Read more
