They refused to take the coupon from the ?America Gift Checks? book. It has their address that states valid at this location.... This is false advertising, and just plain theft. I will be contacting Wilkins Fundraising, who is responsible for the couponbook. Read more

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They will steal your money if you order on the app. We asked for cheese on 2 of the orders... and didnt get any. Also asked for cucumber and for it to be deluxe and didnt recieve that as well even though it was paid for.Also asked for vinegar on the sandwhichs and they were dry. But seeing I have 8 reciepts 5 of which had deluxe paid for andnever recieved but have it photo documented, the next step is to contact BBB and open a case since they always refuse to remakeour food and right their wrong. The last time I came to this particular restaurant, my order was not only not prepared at the time coordinated with my app to... order was not being prepared at all. Tonight for dinner I chose this particular restaurant again for my order they got sometoppings on a couple of my sandwiches wrong on top of the wrong bread choice. That wasn't the worst part though they completelyforgot one of my sandwiches. I go back and show them the results of the sandwiches and there is a particular female with eithera mole or a tattoo on her face who completely declined responsibility and gave an attitude like it was the customer's fault.Completely unprofessional. My husband and I just went in to this Subway for lunch. We were greeted but immediately after ignored for 8 minutes. There... were two employees present one working with bread and the other with receipts! We stated we were ready and again we were ignoredas if we weren?t there. We actually rate this organization as minus ten as far as customer service is concerned! If you wantservice where you are completely ignored as if your business is irrelevant, then by all means give them your business! Myfriends and family never will! Read more
