We came to this McDonald location last Friday, November 25th. I ordered in the app menu. We park waited outside for our order.... Employees working in the morning should check the coffee before pouring it to a cup. Our order caramel macchiato and vanillalatte was spoiled. Please make sure to change the coffee from the previous night/day. And please make sure the milk you?repouring is not expired. You don?t want nobody getting a stomachache or food poisoning!!! They were very quickly with my kids order and everything was accounted for that we ordered and we were satisfied with our... service and I recommend anyone who needs to grab a quick meal while they are on the road. Read more

Very bad, very bad service, if I could give them less than one, I would give them. We waited an hour for them to attend us at... the driveway and the driveway does not have an external exit in case you want to get out of line, apart from that, no staffproposed in notifying that there was some delay or a problem with the service so that those of us who were waiting decided to goback ... a terrible service from this McDonald restaurant, terrible staff, and you arrive at the window and not even an apologyfor the delay ... Avoid at all cost!!! Go to Jack in the box just north of here or In-N-Out across the street! Do not dine in here. They will... completely ignore you. Employees won't even acknowledge you when they see you. Definitely not a staffing shortage problem, it's a lack of customer service. On one occasion I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before leaving to go across the street toIn-N-Out where they appreciate your business. On a separate visit my family and I ordered at the kiosk because nobody was at thecounter and I already knew we would be ignored anyway (7:45 AM Saturday breakfast time so we didn't have many options). When wewere leaving to go back to the sports complex we all needed to use the restrooms which are locked. We stood at the counter for 8minutes among several other frustrated customers. Finally I just went around the counter next to the register and flipped thebutton to let myself in the restroom. Pretty sad. 8 minutes in line when all I needed was someone to push a simple button. Do Ihave permission to be behind the counter next to the register? NO, but what choice did I have? On our way out I noticed everyonestill standing there being ignored. Who knows how long they stood there waiting. It was only after we left I noticed they builta Jack in the Box nearby. We are so happy to know that every Saturday morning between games we can go there instead! Read more

If you like your time wasted definitely come here as this is all these employees do, is waste your time. I ordered 2 hash browns... and it took 30 mins for 2 Hash browns! Also you can?t forget their horrible customer service. This place seriously needs newmanagement asap. Everyone in the lobby was frustrated of how long it was taking to get their food. The employees were parkingeach drive thru car so they had them waiting too. This location is a disaster, stay away if you value your time. Read more

So I ordered online and my total was pulled from my account, but at the drive thru they said I still owed money. I told them... why? The whole total was taken out?.I told the girl I?d just come inside cuz there was people behind me. I come in and I guessit was the manager came and said she reversed the order and walked away no explanation. I waited for her to finish with acustomer and asked what?s going cuz I obviously came to order food?she couldn?t give me an answer, she didn?t acknowledging meor even tried to customer service me at all. She was just not bothering with it?..there was no apology or even offered if I?dlike to still order?.so I left the restaurant and because of the way she handle the situation I won?t be coming back here. Thefirst incident I had with them was an iced coffee and they served it with expired milk, they did replace it and I appreciatedthat. I know mcdonalds wont care about the reviews on here but i am completely at awe with this place. Waited 30 minutes for two... sundaes and 5 cookies! There was 2 dashers and 4 other people in dining room also waiting. No one acknowledged us, very slowworkers and poor service. When a few of us finally got our food, one was missing their drink and i was missing my cookies.Waited another 7 minutes. This wait was ridiculous for a fast good place. Read more
