Good little pizzeria. Clean, efficient. Kind of small waiting area for your pizza, so if it is busy, expect to wait outside.... Google maps had us take a strange route. It took us down an alley behind another building into the parking lot. Read more
Worst service ever! I placed an online order for a pizza and also bread with sauce for pickup. This was my first time ordering... the bread and sauce combo and nowhere during the order does it indicate that you have to ask for the sauce! Picked up the orderin their kiosk only to get home and discover?no sauce. Called the store to express my dissatisfaction and was essentially toldthat I should have known to ask for the sauce. Really?!?! How would I know to ask for it if 1) it?s my first time ordering thisitem and 2) if the fact that the sauce won?t be inside the kiosk is never even mentioned when placing an online order. Theemployee was zero help, constantly tried to downplay the whole thing, wanted to argue with me and told me it was ?no bigdeal?it?s just a sauce?? and then refused to refund me my money (for the bread and sauce) after I stated that?s what I wanted. Itold her that I?d contact Little Caesars corp office and she seemed to revel in telling me ?we?re not corporate?? That?s ok,whether a corporate store or a franchise, everyone has a boss at some level since it?s a national brand and I?ll make sure tofollow through with calling corp today and never again will I purchase food from here. Home boy at front counter must not like work ethics. I asked him about a soda I had ordered and he was on his phone and kinda... said ugh that's all we got. I was just here a couple hours ago picking 3 pizza, 3 crazy breads, and a root beer. We love getting our pizzas from little... Caesars but as for today I don't know if I should trust their food anymore. After having a couple slices I looked at my pizzaand notice something on the crust. I thought it was just a dark oil spot and was about to continue eating but I had a secondthought and took a look at it and it was mold in my pizza! I couldn't believe it. I just ordered two pizzas and went to pick them up from the portal. I grabbed them and took them home and both of them are not... even cut. I've never had this happen before I hope it never happens again. They weren't even busy when I went in the workerswere just standing around on their phones looking like they couldn't care less.
