The biscuits got really small and my chicken was so small with no meat at all and burned. The mashed potatoes used to be my... favorite thing but now they have no flavor and the gravy is literally just water with brown coloring. Today I did have a badexperience with my mom at the drive thru the boy that took my order was in such a hurry that he stacked everything in the bagand gave the bag to my mom so fast that the gravy fell all over her lt was so hot but luckily I she had pants only her ankle gotpartly burned we asked to speak to the manager and she told us oh sorry it was an accident and closed the window in our face.This place used to be amazing but now it's just gross. This KFC on Walnut in Visalia is horrible. They constantly forget your food. When you tell them they forgot the workers act like... you are putting them out, then they toss your food in a bag upside down. And to top it off the manager stands by looking like hedoesn't know what us happening. He doesn't even offer to help. If I were you I would find a different KFC location in town. Read more
