The app doesn't work 9/10 times. This place is never busy, yet they make you wait as if you're in the middle of rush hour. I... ordered a hot coffee and it wasn't until a good 7 minutes after I ordered that I realized they were barely going to brew it.Unacceptable wait times! At least let me know when I am ordering that the coffee needs to be brewed. I have never had a pleasantexperience here. I always leave upset. I only keep coming back because of the rewards. We only go to Dunkin for their blueberry munchkins (which are delicious). Not a fan of the rest of the menu really but the staff... is always nice and the drive thru is quick. Read more
They are super helpful when ordering. A lot of options and great food/drinks. When it does get busy it can be a bit of wait but... I'm not sure if its a short staff or just a matter of customers. Read more

I haven't had the coffee here so I won't speak on that but DD's breakfast menu is way better than any food item that starbucks... has on their menu. I got the peppered bacon, egg and swiss croissant and a strawberry coolatta and both were good. Read more
We like DD but all three of our iced coffees were nasty. Not sure what happened. Ordered them like we always do and tasted so... bitter. Thank goodness they were free. Read more
Outstanding products, I have come in three times now, once in the drive thru and twice inside, line out side was to be expected... especially since it's the grand opening week, If your expecting them to be 100% cut some slack and wait till the honeymoonperiod is over people. 10/10 would recommend to anybody. Very not happy with going to Dunkin Donuts this morning. I happen to need to use the bathroom and they informed me that it was... out of order. Well that's fine and all I can understand that however there are two bathrooms and when I asked about the otherbathroom I was simply told that it's for employees only. There is nothing on that door to that bathroom which is public accessin the restaurant that says for employees only. I really needed to use the bathroom she could have simply let me use thebathroom. Instead I wasn't able to order because I had to leave to go somewhere else back home to use the bathroom. Not cool atall won't be going here anymore! Read more
