So the only reason I?m not leaving 5 stars is because the food just didn?t hit it for me. Not saying this place isn?t great and... wouldn?t recommend it because I do and I definitely think you should check them out and get some coffee and who l knows maybeyou will enjoy there food. There food isn?t bad just missing something. I got the breakfast burrito and my wife got the avocadotoast. The burrito was good but the sauce they put in it was really overwhelming and they put a lot of it! So it was very soupyand way to wet in some parts of the burrito and I wasn?t a fan of that. The avocado I felt like was more of a show piece ratherthan food. It was missing a lot of flavor. I understand that it was suppose to be a modern twist on a old school traditionaldish but you can still put some seasoning with the butter spread or on top of the avocado. The poached egg on top was cookedgreat but very small in comparison to the rest. The thing that really got me was it?s completely covered in sprouts! Just takeit easy a little lol now with that being said overall this is an amazing coffee shop! I will definitely come back, the vibe, thepeople and the staff we?re absolutely a great to be around! Loved the aesthetic. Small breakfast menu (I believe I have all 3 items listed). Indoor and outdoor seating with awesome... personalities on the staff. My dark chocolate coffee was interesting, not for me. The other two beverages we had they bothloved it! Chai spice and I can?t recall the other one. We got pestered and bit by some flies outside while eating but otherthan that we loved it! If you?re walking out from the inside of the building, the left side tables are in front of a huge hedgewith dense spider webs all over it, just a heads up! Read more
Component Coffee Lab is a must-visit spot in Visalia, California! Their breakfast burrito is one of the best I've had in my... life! I also loved their iced chai latte. Found this hidden gem on my way to Sequoia National Park. The atmosphere and vibes of this place is vibrant and rustic! I... ordered the smoked salmon Sandro which was to die for! I also ordered potatoes on the side which came with this amazing drizzleof sauce on top that reminded me of a chipotle mayo. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito and he expressed that it was thebest he?s ever had. I find myself craving this place. Hopefully we get to visit soon. Read more
Amazing!!! We are in town for a conference and the this beautiful coffee shop is only a 4 Min walk away. We have found... ourselves here every morning so far. I am very impressed with the overall customer service and attitude of every employee wehave come across. I have tried something different each day and have not been let down at all.
