Had a great time! Sadly it's expensive and people can't afford to go why do places have to be sooo expensive it's all about the... almighty dollar did not notice any price difference with the app and there are no coupons! Won't be returning. It was so hot in there we may as well have been hanging out outside. Three employees were informed about how... hot it was and it never got any better. The women's restroom was disgusting, an employee was informed about the state ofrestroom and it was never cleaned, we were there for about three hours. Their system of stamping people's hands and having toscan before they leave is ridiculous. It really doesn't serve a purpose other than an inconvenience to the customers. There wasan employee who was a "letter of the law" kind of employee. I watched her chase, literally run after, a woman and a kid out ofthe door because she did not get to scan their arms. She told them they needed to come back inside when she could have simplytaken the scanner outside to them. When we first entered the business, my daughter and I had a drink each and the same employeeinformed us we were not allowed to have outside drinks. Our drinks were about halfway gone. There were no trash cans nearby todispose of them and when I asked she rudely said to leave them there and she would throw them away. However, later in theevening I saw a couple of employees come back in the building with drinks from an outside source (Starbucks). And the prices forkids to run around and play games was outrageous. 56+tax for two hours. Read more
Took our 5 yr old for the first time. He had a blast. Even our 18 month old was able to ride some of the kiddie attractions... and she jad fun running around. Our teen daughter on the other hand was a little bored out there. Read more
I want take time out to bring notice to the management there, there was a manager by the name of Ronica and she had such great... energy and hospitality? made us feel welcome. She was very patient with me and I?m very grateful that she was there to serve us.The staff was great I went on Fourth of July it was short staff but the staff was still great and I know that has to do withmanagement. I?ve been going to Chuck E. Cheese for years I?ve never seen this lady there but she was amazing. I also want to saythere was a young man on Fourth of July by the name of Matthew he was handling my pizza and he was very respectful and Iappreciate that so thank you Matthew as well. Thank you Ronica! Please Chuck E. Cheese please bring special attention to yourmanagement so you could keep her around to make your business look good she deserves a special recognization a raise I would sayif you want to keep that business going. You pay about $17 for 40 "tokens" that's the cheapest. You play a game that's 1 and maybe win 2 tickets. 4 of us got 300-400... each. A regular sized airhead is 100 tickets. So for almost $80 worth of tokens we could get about $10 actual worth of prizes.About half of the games wouldn't even give you your tokens. One game the amount of tokens you get os the same for 0 points up to999. Which is 2 tickets or 1,000-7,000 for 4 tickets. It's not worth the money anymore. Wasnt busy at all!!! It was like we had the whole place to ourselves ????. Took my son out for mom and son day and we had such a... wonderful time. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks. Great prices on unlimited game play for 90 minutes. Read more
