If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. I don?t even know where to start. The place looks dirty once you walk in. The staff... is unbelievably rude and, unorganized, and impolite. The way they speak to their customers is unbelievable. The service ishorrible although I?m not shocked because of the staff. Watched a man wait 25 minutes for 1 order and when he asked about itthey said oh I haven?t gotten around to it yet. Watched a staff eat right where she was preparing customer orders. This location has struggled since its opening. Not enough staffing. I recently visited the drive-thru and had a good experience.... Cashier was upbeat, it didn't take long to get my food and my order was hot and correct. Hope this continues for this location. Read more

I don?t really do reviews but this place was so horrible that i had to make one. To start off we ordered and it was immediately... done which we found kinda strange it was done in less than 3 to 5 minutes. When we got our bag we opened it to find our chickenextremely under cooked like they just dipped it in the fryer and took it right out, not to mention how greasy it was as well. Ontop of that the beans and rice were spoiled and had no napkins. We traveled from Hialeah to this rest, shame I don?t remember the ladies name. She greeted us like family. As she took our order... noticed my child was a Police Explorer, and so her kid, how proud she was of her children in the Military Service. She lookedlike my childhood best friend. We got to the location tonight with 9 minutes left to close. Bobby was the person on drive thru. When taking our order he had a... happy tone, even though must have been exhausted. When we go to the window he was cheerful. He was friendly and courteous. Therewas only two employees (an older lady and himself) at that moment and he was tending to us like he had just clocked in and witha full staff, all with a smile. I went go to eat and the drive thur was very slow took me 40 min to buy a chicken sandwich combo(there were only a total of... three cars there). I ordered it with no pickles and they gave me pickles they didn?t give me any napkins and when I get to thewindow there?s a tip cup asking me for more money when their service was so bad it?s ridiculous to have a tip cup for moremoney. Tried eight different fast Food Restaurants in 10 days - this was the worst. Waited 20+ Minutes asked friendly, became quite... unfriendly reply - then they realised their mistake gave me some completely wrong bag.
